I need help... I have the same kind of frame (including the bars on each end), but not as many slots (just 4 on each side.) Trying to adjust it down from a queen size to FULL. But it’s just not working and can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong. Very frustrating. Help please.

I have a Rize adjustable bed (not sure of the model name, "MBC-RS006" is the model # on what appears to be the control box) Let's say I've lost the remote or it has stopped working, and the bed is not in the fully flat position. Is there a way to just get it back to fully flat without the remote and without an app (I don't think the thing is app-connectible anyway)

Crazy I had to watch a video from 11 years ago to figure out that the center beam does NOT need to be bolted on queen sizes. Instructions given in the box were terrible. This video is amazing, thank you !

Do yourself a favor and don't whatever you do on this Earth do business with these people if you do not absolutely have to... My girlfriend filled out an application for a place called Progressive leasing and she was approved for $2,250 on a lease-to-own program. After her extra firm Sealy posturepedic mattress was delivered it was so hard that it gave her back aches so badly that she wanted to exchange it. Well the company said that's fine you're within the 120 days or so to try it so you can return it but unfortunately though her mattress box spring and bed came to about $1,600 and some dollars, instead of using the rest of the money and the amount for The returned mattress to give her the new mattress she wanted they tried to make her fill out another form to borrow more money now why would she do that when she I still had enough on her original agreement to purchase the new mattress and return the other??? These people double talk and will confuse you so bad and don't forget that recently both companies from what I understood had problems in where they had to return money or pay lawsuits for doing something Progressive leasing had someone take thousands of people customers private information such as their addresses phone numbers name social security numbers router numbers and bank account numbers. so my girlfriend can't request another mattress because they want her to try to fill out an application for more money don't they know how to add why would she do that all because mattress firm needs a new leasing ID number before they could switch the mattress for her? This is the problem with America there is no customer service it's all young people who don't know their ass from their umbrella stand. That come from the community college and raised on social media like Facebook they don't know reality from lies, and none of them can count in their world 1 and 1 don't make two it makes 37. If you do business with these people with either company it's on you. 0 my girlfriend is 65 and she had to go to the office of the attorney general in Pennsylvania to file a complaint against Progressive leasing because she couldn't find any address for them they wasn't returning her calls and then suddenly after telling people her story on social media somebody called from Progressive leasing stating that they worked for them but they still did not understand that she did not need to apply for more money just because mattress firm wanted a new leasing ID number. They don't make any sense.

I have one that did not have the holes in the fold-out parts, so could only be put together with the extender, and that makes it too big across for a full sized bed.

Rize quit selling this specific model. Since there was no replacement i had to solder some momentary switches for it to work. Works but not switches stick out.

Question, flat button doesn't make the bed perfectly flat. I've tried to re program it but it won't re program.

From the comments, it's noticeable that the instruction needs to include that the center rail is placed head to foot and not side-to-side.

RIZE VERGE BED Unplug the base for at least 10 minutes Step 1- Plug in Base to an AC power outlet (surge protector is recommended). Once plugged in, the LED light on the control box will blink three times, which indicates the control box has entered Learning Mode. Learning Mode lasts seven seconds. Step 2-During Learning Mode (the first 7 seconds), use Remote to press the "Under Bed Light" and "Head Up" keys together for three seconds. Step 3 - The LED light on the control box will light up and remain on, which means the pairing is successful. Test by putting the head of the bed up. The first time you use the remote, after a reset, it may take a few more seconds then normal to respond. NOTE, if the green light on the base never lights up replace the base. The USB may continue to work even if the base is bad! To operate when the electricity goes out you can put 2 9volt batteries in the base! They are NOT required for normal operation (if the base is plugged in to a good outlet with electricity on. Call thier customer support or warranty service center to get a new base. Your origional dealer should have a number to call.

What is the weight limit

Can you help me understand if the bed frames are made for all three sizes, how is the middle support rail the same size for all bed sizes if the bed width are different? For example a queen is wider than a full, how would the middle support rail reach across horizontally?

*What a fantastic purchase! **MyseIf.Furniture** I needed a new bed for my college sons room for when he came home to visit.(Full Size) This bed did not disappoint. Package was deceiving as I wondered how it fit in the box. The entire bed was inside the headboard 😳 The back of the headboard has a zipper to allow the bed to be disassembled and put back in it if you were to move. Currently I have all the instructions and tools that came with it stored in there. It would even make a great spot to hold valuables! Assembly was straight forward and easy. It took my friend and I less than 20 minutes to put it together. One piece of advice is to lay the slats in place BEFORE you tighten the side rails all the way. It’s not impossible or hard to get the slats in if you tighten first but it would have been easier for sure.*
